I completely agree with you. Unfortunately, this is the only one that works in DX11. Can't wait for Frenky's 2013 to get fixed to end this state we're inThat one was officially ported by Apex and the only of the current crop of legal mods that I've driven, and I did enjoy it. I don't know if they have a demo though, but for offline experience it wouldn't do it since it's a league version. I don't like league editions and believe the cars should be assigned by skill and adjusted with weight penalties, but I'm the very diminutive minority.
Any idea if they're working on offline/single player balanced version?

I would recommend checking the new FSR 2018 beta car. The MC version.
It is the first ever good F1 mod for RF2 IMO. I would pay for it.
It is similar to the Reiza Ultimate but with all the detail range and nuance from RF2 while going fast and of course the ability to drive in crazy slides if you want to.
