The St. Petersburg on ISR is not ripped. It's just a slightly improved version of the iDT track on the workshop.

Why do you allow guys in here that upload(ed) A LOT of stuff and never anything legal?
Guy is away for a while, comes back and one of the first things is again the same; ripped.

This is 100% a miss-conception. Schumi never said that his LB was to be made public, he clearly said it was for private use and there was no disclosed or covert intent to change that.
The purpose of the new thread was for his efforts to be guided towards upgrading iDT's tracks, for which there is an authorisation by the original authors, similarly to what was done/is being done on Belle Isle by ManfredK2.

It is common knowledge.
All the chiefs of this forum know and it was the reason he had to withdraw ALL of his stuff years ago. Pointed the blaming finger to me, but that was the real reason.
Now he comes back and starts again with the same thing, right away.

And if you read the posts on ISR Forum about the conversion of St. Petersburg, there is express reference to iDT cooperating/agreeing to the work done by Schumi and Corti to improve the track in the version published there.
From what transpires from this thread, iDT are open to their conversions from rF1 being improved by modders.
