Dry martini (6cl Beefeater, 1/2cl Noilly Prat dry) and some olives stuffed with almonds on the side here.
Without doubt socks I like a soft thin pair then over them I put inside out thick woolen socks that have the stitched bottoms. The rough surface gives good bite on CSP lol
socks all the way...the pedal slides smoothly when breaking and accelerating making the car easier to control. And you feet don't sweat like barefoot!
The superhuman avatar strikes again LOL with soft advice too!! Although, no, I prefer to feel everything LOLOL
Sorry nikos, martini must be with vodka and the glass should just be put next to the vermouth bottle, but none poured in
Im sorry, but a martini is made with gin. With vodka, its vodka martini. As for the glass being put next to vermouth bottle and let the light pass through, well, I am not in that state yet (I can always give you instructions how to mix a proper one)
Sock for me.. 2 pair in winter, and sometimes bare feet in Summer, but the Load Cell brake in my G25 is a bit hard under foot. Thought about buying some Kung-Fu shoes as they have the thinnest sole I can think of.
When i had my dfp then g25 : i used to use socks as the pedals sucks (dfp) or had too little resistance). But now i have the t500 with the pedal mods : i use sneakers (old one , very used and very thin at the bottom so i feel very well the pedals ) i can not drive barefoot or with socks anymore with that wheel.
Helmet, Hans System and Racingshoes and all other clothes are in the Box. they are not good for driving with plastik pedals, socks are better i have only a driving force with two pedals..... poor sad woman :-(
Socks here. It lets my feet slide across the pedals easier, which is necessary with the incorrect travel/angle of the G25 pedals. Shoes are too cumbersome and I'd probably get some weird looks from my girlfriend (well, more than I already do).
Really depends on what kit you have and how it's set up. I picked socks because that's what I do more than anything but with my CSR Elite pedals, if I set the load cell up with enough resistance, I would need shoes to produce the force required. Anyone tried pressing a real car brake without shoes on? Rather difficult, lol.
sock(it)tome, sock(it) toooo me. Tried shoes once, but with DFGT things that they call peddles, hah, I kept losing them. (the peddles, that is)
It's hard to work the pAddles, even with socks, when looking at the floor reading the newspaper. Sorta gets your body tied in a knot. A person would need Golf shoes, for good grip on pAddles, if you're going to do that. Come to think of it, Golf shoes would be good for DFGT pEddles.
