Hi ISI and Community, what is necesary that a backfire dosn't crash the whole game? Have I to make sure that the Event length is the same for all of them or only that no texture is missing for any event length? If I use a .mas file for every car which includes all shared textures, also BACKFIRE texture from 0 to 19, so no matter what in the EVENT is set (if its 0 to 9 or 0 to 19) he can always find a matching texture. Correct? If rF decides to use the EVENT from 0 to 6 it's ok, the textures are there. And when rf decides to use the EVENT from 0 to 19, also ok, the textures are there. Someone told me that everything above 0-9 does not work.
I have done bump map animations for water that extended into the 40's and I just used regular numbers. Note that was in rf1. I don't really understand your question though? You have a backfire anim in and its crashing when it backfires? or does it crash with a error when you load the track/car?
