yes, why do i even ask ... i will just ask wikipedia ... btzw: aussie server is down - if you mean i have to search in another site/forum which classes may belong together
Just FYI. The first post does not provide this information, unless it is hidden in the videos (which I don't recall it is) . A couple of text lines would help folk who don't know
[QUOTE="Akela_DE, oh and : i just tried to put a race together - AL GC , AL AX GP5, 79 , 78 E49, FB ZY KK ÖÄ... wtf ? I am European, so i have no clue what that all means. Is there an overview which cars belongs to which class ?[/QUOTE] From my understanding it AL = Aussie Legends and the rest are the prefix for the cars for example E49 was a performance model of the Valiant Charger, A9X / LX was type of Holden Torana etc.
It would be nice to see these put into classes i.e. Stock - Modified - Group C. But they're all fun to drive.
Yes, Chris, AL is what i understand myself but the rest is wtf Just look at the list when you try to put a race together, thats simply exploded. To much. Like GrimDad said i would prefer classes that belongs together. Another point: AI in Bathurst, everyone fine with that ? AI is going offtrack "everytime" in The Chase.
Group C is a good start for an event. For our events, we used to drive in that class: Chrysler E49 Group C Ford XA Phase IV Group C Holden HQ Group C Ford XY Phase III Group C Infos: https://www.old-drivers-spirit.fr/team-challenge-cup-chassis#h3-1-aussie-legends
I note that not all downloads are working for these cars. Anyone got the complete set available to download?
http://www.aussielegends.xfactorracing.com/ try this: - select car (click on image) - scroll page (click on download image) - click on download again - pop-up window, click "open with..." ...it should work. regards Corti.
Hi guys. I have recently rediscovered rFactor2 and these cars. I am having difficulty downloading the car files from the Aussie Legends site. The link for the Falcons & Torana will not work for me. I have downloaded the package supplied back in this thread as a combination but I don't think they are the latest versions. I have them working so that's a good start. I have tried to register for the XFactor Racing site, but my attempt is blocked as I cannot activate my account!!! It's been going around in circles for a few days. I'm trying to get hold of the latest version (V.096) and any skins that are available for these cars. Are they DX11? I haven't seen any mention of this. Anyway any help would be great.
Patrick try from this page http://www.aussielegends.xfactorracing.com/index.php/downloads/category/2-aussie-legends?start=0 and then right click on the "download" button that'll open another window, then download from there, I just tried it it's werking. SS
Thanks Guys. Got em. These are a hoot for an old bloke like me to drive. Are there any plans to upgrade the Bathurst track to DX11? I assume I have the latest version from the Aussie Legends site? That dowload worked as it should.
Good to hear Patrick. The last update on Bathurst is "Bathurst_2016_V3" it's dx11 with water puddles n stuff. SS Edit: I wouldn't mind a bit of a run in these again, so I'll put up a server at xfactorracing.com look for that in the list, it'll be on live racers too if you want to compare time with anyone. Calder Park Magnificent Park Barbagallo Will be the tracks, all of them you can get from the aussie legends site. SS
Anyone that would like to try these cars/track combo, then all you need to do is join the server. It will all download, just that it may take a little time but you will get everything on the server. SS
@TheBigDawg Try this https://forum.studio-397.com/index.php?threads/aussie-legends.57700/page-14#post-987402
