Hello colleagues. I'm totally new to sim race so may be all this stuff is pretty obvious for a proficient gamers, but surely not for me. Are there any user guides on configuring FFB available in the game? So far i have tried several tunes related to FFB, but not really getting the difference. I have tried Porsche GT3 and it feels like i am driving a cart instead of race car. Particularly it feels like there's no power steering and i have direct connection between wheels and chasis. Very hard steering. p.s. It is matters, i have Thrustmaster TS-PC racer.
For the most part the standard FFB should be fine, no tweaks needed. Reduce vehicle specific FFB Mult so you aren't battling so hard, that will also reduce FFB output clipping and improve feel. 0.70 is usually a good starting point, but if you want a particular car to have less force then reduce it more. If you go into FFB settings too quickly you can end up with a bit of a mess, so try to leave it for now.
Thanks. I'll inswer to myself here and maybe to other newcommers in future. Look here: https://www.racedepartment.com/threads/rfactor-2-game-guide-and-f-a-q.119019/
