Thank you very much. Downloading now. Edit: Did some laps in the amg and bmw. The hood issue is fixed. The ffb feels very good and the strength is great. I never realized that mills is that bumpy. Really great update. Thanks again. Cheers, Nitro
I've only run a few laps with the Z4 and the AMG @ VIR, but both cars felt great. I'll have to spend a lot more time with it, but I think the tires feel a bit more like rubber now than they did with previous versions, or a softer compound of rubber maybe (?). I'm going to be driving the rest of the cars over the next few days and see if I feel the same with them. I'm noticing a different feel with both cars using the default set-up. I've found out that I will need to adjust my set-ups as it feels a bit different now with both the Z4 & AMG cars, and not quite as comfortable as I remember them being (and I just drove these cars yesterday so I hope my memory is working well enough )...will be checking other set-ups today/this week. Thanks for another great update. Looking forward to your future work(s). Cheers THC
This is quite normal that there is a difference between each car and fortunately I will say. Otherwise have the same car This is the interest of making a good mod have fun
My league is having a debate over this... My understanding of what you said was that, regardless of what is in the default setup screen (a hardcoded 1 for abs and tc in the "advanced" screen) if i have all assists off, then those 2 settings are meaningless because I have not enabled abs or tc, correct? the 1 for abs and tc really only serves to tell you what the default for the car WOULD be, but can either be turned off, or overridden with abs or tc settings in the "Settings", "Difficulty" panel. is my understanding correct? Sorry to ask again. I thought I understood but am now second guessing it.
This about TC and ABS becomes a bit strange to use if the modder adds weight penalty, I mean... the car has it in its construction, it's not just the game thing, but you are getting a penalty for that?
Yes this is correct. Even if the car offers a tc its only active with tc=1. I am not sure what the setting in the setup is doing. Maybe its just showing the car has tc/abs. I think @Marcel Offermans know more about this.
These cars just keep getting better. Thanks for all the updates. FFB weight feels perfect in the SLS. Would a Z4 have significantly heavier steering than an SLS? I would expect the mid-engine cars to be a bit lighter FFB than the SLS, but less dramatic difference than with these.
In the 951 we try to made the ffb the same on all cars , more easy for the people when they first try the different models of the mod and for the guy who wanna change car.
some unfair affair in the back ground force us to put free activity on pause . may be we publish a state later , i can answer mp also
