Looks amazing Yoss, thank you for resolving the dx11 issue with the lights. Apologies for been a pain but do you have a date in mind for this fix to be released? Do you think it is likely to be by the end of this month? Looking into the possibility of doing some club races using this mod. Thanks in advance - Shawn
i hope somewhere in this month , i can finish and release . i like this car , not sure i can acheve her fastly
Just did an 8 hours of Suzuka with P1 Racing in the Apex GT3 cars. My car the Porsche 911 of course! The car felt great, very natural and realistic. The tyre worked well, you can overheat them and you can cool them. My one piece of feedback to consider for a next release; The cars maximum safe revs are well above useable revs, the optimum oil temp is appr 100 but max safe temp is 135!, and the car has a designed life of 36 hours. The total effect is that the car is indestructible , you can set Radiator size 1 regardless of ambient temp or track types (Monza on a cool day vs Monaco on a hot day) , rev it to redline every shift and even in 24 hours you can't break the car. This car is so excellent for Endurance racing it would add some depth and realism if revs and cooling need to be managed. IE if you want to push cooling to the limit you better watch revs and vice versa. Keep up the good work.
Ive noticed that when you slide the car in certain corners, it goes faster. By slide, I mean more than 25-30 degrees of rotation. At Bathurst specifically, on the uphill left hairpin of Turn 4, you can gain a full second buy coming in almost full 90 degrees sideways and drifting up around the corner... this should be more like a loss of a second. Other than that, I think this is the best feeling GT mod currently available. Im really impressed with the "Road Feel"; going over kerbs and bumps and other weight transfer situations. A real pleasure at tracks like Laguna Seca and Bathurst, elevation changes feel good in the wheel. Even flat tracks are good fun, I fell in love with Misano with the Apex Z4. And, Im a little bummed that one cannot paint the wheels... I like black wheels and the Z4 is the only one currently fitted with black. I like that you actually have to set the car up for the track, other mods almost seem too easy to get a good lap. Really excited for more cars, especially if you do get around to that NSX... Also, do you have any thoughts of doing a Ford GT in the future?(I know there are many projects first ) That car looks like a real blasty blast. Cheers, and keep up the good work. rocket
i m still happy that you like this 997 . yes we can may be manage some tweaks on engine , later happy too that you like the mod but don't slide too much on bathurst , you can burn our tyres in 10 laps this week i look on the last tweaks for the mod
