Hi I have been running these cars a little bit this week I thought I might create a few field fillers for the LM 1970 race for Porsches to beat up on :)
These are pretty simple skins and are reasonably easy to do which is good atm as i haven't got a lot of time, so far they are just based on the howstons so not perfect replicas but adds colour to the field... I have done some matras, alfas and now started on chevrons if there is some interest I will post some links here if not all good ;-)

Wow! it will fit completely with the APEX Ferrari 512 and Porsche 917K

I will release them soon whatever I get finished. Long story I have created a cobbled together lm 70 skin pack using the skins from the Porsches and Ferrari’s as placeholders and then added some field fillers I have about 40 cars atm so they fit into that install if that makes sense :-)
 
Those shots are glorious, pity my race was over so quickly, but as a representation of classic racing, this is some of the best you can get.

Yes, minus some of the ultra high flying cars. It was a shame to see you out. That start was crazy. Hard to believe they made it work like that and no one was killed or just piled into every year.
 
Folks here you go I will uplaod what I have completed atm this is not a proper release you are basically getting what i have cobbled together to try to simlulate LM 70, its a mas install just drop in the appropriate vehicle folder
Cars will show up under Le Mans 1970 in game, there are no icons and I have no plans to do any other cars at present

Also I need to credit BillyBlaze for the Lola skin :)

@yoss you are welcome to use any of the 512 skins in your mod if they are of suitable quality

Porsche 911 you need the 911 1973 car installed I have updated veh files drivers names etc but only done one skin for the rest I have just used skins already in game I will focus on this one next when I have more time

@bears we're just people putting together a free labor of love and while we understand the passion, there's the aspect of permission. We received help from another member to complete this work and while we were OK with the posting of the unrelated mod with liveries alluring to this, you could have approached us about re-work to the 512S. We won't do anything but please, do be mindful of this in the future. You can send us a PM and we'll reply :).

Damn it. I've been trying to find the right suffix and I was soooo close. I'll give it a go a little later!
There is a typo in some of the stock skins that misled me for a while. The EM9 skin uses WINSHILEDIN and WINSHILEDOUT.
