Sadly, I think there is a lot of truth in that. Certainly from what I've seen across a few forums anyway. Titles like pCARS and GRID2 attract considerable interest because the visuals grab people instantly. I guess that's human nature. I agree with your other point about the people most likely to be attracted to rFactor 2 - motorsport fans and technical types. I probably fit that demographic. I'm a massive fan of motorsport and catch every round of the DTM, BTCC, WTCC and F1. Like most people here, I'm a frustrated virtual racing driver and just want a more accurate experience of the cars I love to watch in real life. The likes of Gran Turismo and Forza simply don't offer the depth or realism I'm looking for.
