There's a mod called "Sears Point" of Sonoma which I'm pretty sure is the same layout as the link you posted. While not super high quality compared to other mods, I found it to be well done and enjoyable. Can't remember where I got it but you should be able to find it through google under "Sears Point rF2".
Sears Point was the name of the track for decades. Then Nascar came in and softened some of the turns and cut out the drop down to the carousel. Sonoma was chosen as a name probably to promote the excellent Wine region that surrounds the track.
