SOLVED Annoying problem, Rfactor 2 wont start

    another workaround ive found is to move your steam folder to a diffrent drive from icue, moving the steam folder to a diffrent drive means i dont need to connect the wheel up in a specific order and mostly cures the problem.

    corsair try to blame steam for this but the problem is corsairs icue drivers

    Yeah, the Power plan setting can cause a whole host of issues. I remember once getting a new PC built and the games i tried were chugging along stuttering like at 20FPS and i couldnt figure out why. Started to check the Clock speeds and realized something was wrong. First i thought the GPU was broken but after more digging i finally realized the general setting for my PC was set to conserve power, lol. :D When its set to that it will mess with everything and run the hardware on half speed more or less.
