SOLVED Annoying problem, Rfactor 2 wont start

another workaround ive found is to move your steam folder to a diffrent drive from icue, moving the steam folder to a diffrent drive means i dont need to connect the wheel up in a specific order and mostly cures the problem.

corsair try to blame steam for this but the problem is corsairs icue drivers

This is solved.

It has been caused by the windows power plan setting

Yeah, the Power plan setting can cause a whole host of issues. I remember once getting a new PC built and the games i tried were chugging along stuttering like at 20FPS and i couldnt figure out why. Started to check the Clock speeds and realized something was wrong. First i thought the GPU was broken but after more digging i finally realized the general setting for my PC was set to conserve power, lol. When its set to that it will mess with everything and run the hardware on half speed more or less.
