That is the new tire file I would suspect. Just like the sounds and many other improvements, it will take time for your senses to become accustomed to this. (Merc feels normal to me now...btw...responding to my previous post.)
It is only me or have we less car liveries at some point? I think the studio397 or the STOP Livery is completly gone now? :-( PS: I have checked the game files but he has nothing to repair. Kind regards pyr0m4tic
A few is an understatement ^^ Was there a reason why you did that? After all, there are people like me who had running their own championships with many of the old liveries :-( Really shocked me. But hey, there's probably nothing you can do about it. Kind regards pyr0m4tic
One of the main reasons is because certain cars had way too many, so if you did a GT3 race with AI, they would mostly be one type instead of an even amount of makes.
And we the users should point out that this is something many of us have been requesting for a long time. It wasn't like S397 just up and deleted skins willy-nilly.
Onestly i don't understand how shift protection works. From 5th gear at until 1500 RPM i can't change down gear
You have to let go the throttle completely to be able to downshift. And you have to press the throttle to upshift. If your throttle pedal is giving some input even when you're releasing it, configure a deadzone for the pedal.
You can try calibrating a tiny amount of deadzone onto the throttle. If your pedals are leaking(not the best term) just the smallest smidge of motion, then the game reads that as the throttle being pressed.
i did a recalibration and i adjust the zone for more air between the input come so everything works very good
Some pedal sensors can have quite a lot of signal "Jitter". When using DIview, you'll likely be able to clearly see the raw input from each pedal jumping up and down. To avoid interference from such activity, adding a small amount of deadzone can provide a clean input signal for controllers.
Thanks for posting about that file, my pedals look clean, but now you have me wondering. I use an Xbox controller as a button box. I wonder if the joysticks could possible contribute noise to the DSP calculations. I would think not, but maybe some tape on a controller joystick might hold it in one spot for a test... lol...
May be worth checking. I've not really looked at my other controller outputs closely but, any time there are controller issues, addressing such activity may prove useful.
