never use two limiters together, this will cause issues most of the times.

Yeah, no I meant I could use the in-game limiter if I can't use Chill. Though it seems weird that Chill could cause the 100% crashes.

This is for all AMD GPU users, I've no idea if this relevent to the problems people are having with AMD cards. I have no experience with AMD cards so can't really comment about the contents of the video but it might be worth watching for you to make up your own minds. I am is not posting to criticise AMD cards.
