Actually, there is no "Grip" or "Drag" rotator on the Alpine steering wheel:

Down left is the power steering assistance labeled "Steering map" and down right is the throttle response labeled "Throttle map"
Actually that's an older pic from the Alpine A470 (The LMP2 spec used until last year, although both cars use the same Cosworth CCW Mk2 wheel), the current one is pretty much identical as the one in the render above :)

Besides, you seem to have missed the point. Calling Sim Dream a scam isn't an insult towards AC, it's a statement of fact. Their mods are literally illegal.
