'All Tracks & Cars' bug

    If I have an old and a new version of a race track installed, and then I load the track using 'All Tracks & Cars', the bug is, the game loads the old version instead of the new one.

    This bug has been in awhile, not just build 134.

    I've been getting round it by making a vMOD to test the track in the meanwhile.
