"all cars and tracks series" missing in rFactor 1

how to add or restore the "all cars and tracks series" back into rFactor 1, when i reinstall or overwrite with a fresh install. I get an empty series list? and cannot create the new player\user. any clues?

Do you have the ANY_DEV_ONLY.rfm File in the rfm Folder?
And do you have Tracks and Vehicles installed?
And is it from Steam?

Hi, No That file is not present, there is a ANY_DEV_ONLY.cch in the user data profile folder, it has a lot of past history contained. And it is not from steam
 
Thank for the little clue, found it in the install files, a virgin rfm folder copied into the game directory did the trick , solved. easy once you know what specifically to look for/ THX
