ALFA ROMEO se 048sp

My latest project, a magnificent car, it will soon be driving in RF2.
It was a real pleasure to model it.

Wow, this is amazing surprise. I am so glad simracing is getting all these premium quality group C car mods by all meanings. Such a wonderful virtual world. The plain simple idea that people can just enjoy so much these pieces of metal and composite materials on little rubber balls, and put so much love and effort to get them EXACTLY as they should be in simulation, and then everyone celebrates it, communicates about these cars, discuss stuff and RACE it all together... that plain simple idea is keeping me alive.

I wonder did you make it "from scratch-from scratch", or was it "from AI-from scratch". It is my newest workflow to model cars: "from AI-from scratch".

It was one of many many cars I thought I would love to make, these group C cars in particularly seems easy to model at first, but then when you really pay attention, detailing is very complex. Here is what AI makes, a lot of mistakes, but I would have started from there:

Hello,
yes, I built it entirely using images as the modeling source.
It's a difficult car to build, especially the sides.
Now it's finished, I'm doing the final driving tests and improvements.
No AI, I don't know how to use it.

Her some pics. Test finished.
4 variants.

Coming soon to the website.

The idea to build this car is an old one,
but the real inspiration came from Forza Horizon 6.
It's a one-of-a-kind car in the world, and it's in a simulator. It's very exciting.
The same goes for the Sauber-Mercedes C292.
That one is the only one of its kind in the world...
I haven't seen it anywhere else.
