AI stuck at 93% even JSON won't change it

I've tried everything I can think of but nothing changes AI strength from 93%. I try using the default professional or alien settings and the AI times don't change and when I go back to look at the setting it's still 93% even though I left it at alien when I started racing.
I tried changing any reference to AI strength to 97% in the player json file but in game it's always 93.

Try this:
before you start the Game, open the player.JSON File and set the Value in the Line
"CURNT AI Driver Strength":XXX, (XXX are only Placeholders)
to 105, that it looks like that:
"CURNT AI Driver Strength":105,
Ensure, that it is the Line that starts with CURNT
then save the File and start the Game.
Do you get 105 as AI Strength in Game now?

Also possible.
When you change rfmods cars will retain things like FFB and AI settings.
I boot my F3 Mod settings is 120% AI always
I boot another one car could be 100% AI
Possible may be stuck on deleted rfmod .....thin

Also have you tried pre session going to Settings\Gameplay and setting it there instead.

Another thing to remember, if you edit the .json file and then load the game. DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES using the menus. Exit and reboot before performing any task that adjusts a value in any of the .json files. Once it has saved itself properly, the values 'should' be normal the next time you boot up.

Normally there should be no Problem, if you edit JSON Files manually and properly before you start the Game and directly change it again in Game then.

Once you get back to 100%
What works is using rfmods.
Each one saves it's own settings always has I never had issues.
That saves you from ever having to adjust wheel settings mirrors and other things again.

Just remember to make all settings changes offline.
Online won't stick so anything you adjust in session you lose.
