Is there a setting/tweak in the config files that allows you to change the way Ai attack corners?

Playing with the F1 2013 Mod and with both Monza and Barcelona track they take way to much that the car ends up flying in the air and smacking into the wall, or other opponents bringing out the Safety Car.

Very annoying and unrealistic. The raised curbs are designed to stop cars cutting.

Think you have to get into the AIW file and with the editor recalculate the corridors not to include the curbs in those corners. search for Rfactor AI video tutorial at YT. Or is there another quick way?

You can adjust the aiw file for the track itself but its not as easy as moving a slider its part of the modding. Ai is a big part of the track modders and the 2 tracks you mention are conversions. So if u want to change it you should learn the aiw editor or just keep with it till the conversions are up to date and somebody else does the aiw for you.

Thanks for the replies. I note that my PLR already reflects above.

those are default values, you need to read the description under those values and learn how it works, plenty of information in that thread
