Add-on track vs EULA

    If a person creates an add-on track or car, does it violate the terms of use of the game?

    I'd say that depends on what you mean by "add-on". If you're just using modified studio 397 content I am sure it is fine. If you are using models, textures, or physics that you or studio 397 didn't create then you should get approval from those who did create it.
