Hello. I sent an e-mail to "activations@rfactor.net" two days ago to request a re-activation of my rFactor2 account. But no response. Then I sent e-mails again yesterday to other addresses just to make sure. But no response yet for 2 business days. The problem is I can't play rFactor2 for almost 3 days. Today, I sent an e-mail to "activations@rfactor.net" again. I'm not sure who is responsible for the re-activation. But could you please check your e-mail boxes and re-activate my account? Hello, ViSo. Thanks for your reply and the information. I sometimes restore my OS from the backup to clean up my PC and re-install rFactor2 (on the same PC & OS). And when I tried to activate my rFactor2 this time, the following message was displayed. View attachment 14248 I followed this instruction and sent an e-mail to "activations@rfactor.net". But I've had no reply yet and can't play rFactor2. So, I asked for their support here. Thanks again for your kind help.
I reset them for you. Person who ordinarily does it is quite sick right now and we need to probably start sending me the emails. Also, you seem to format a lot, consider doing this: http://rfactor.net/web/docs/can-i-save-my-activation-data-so-i-dont-have-to-re-activate/

This time, I'll make a backup of my OS with "rFactor2 installed & activated" so that I won't have to re-activate it when I restore my OS. Thanks again! Hi, i'm italian user.I have problem after update manually rfactor2.I have delete the game and installed build 860 because automatically doesn't work. Same problem with reactivation...most e-mail to activations@rfactor.net with order number and no response. Thanks guys for help.(sorry for english)

activation problems again Nothing has change in my PC its been with the same OS for more than 5 years don't understand why all this burden just to get to play this game graphics card has been upgraded but don't see all other games deactivating
