NEW - NEW - NEW Please read these few notes before asking for anything. Email me for any suggestion, help, improvement: slowmotion@symracing.net 1. The basic mod is a conversion made by Thuro76 from my "500_695 Abarth RFE" mod for rFactor1 2. The component allows the "500 Assetto Corse" and the "695 Evoluzione", that can be driven together or like a single class - You can enjoy smooth differences in driving the different classes 3. The version 2.0 is a great enhancement of the version 1.1 due to the help, suggestions, tests of several guys of the rF2 community 4. A special thank to: - SRZ - SimRacingZone for support in finding the right person that helped me in releasing the original version - Nicola Acciarri RFE for physics lessons and advice! - LcR - RuinedRoadSimracing for new realistic and beautiful liveries ====================== NEW IN VERSION 2.0 ====================== - enhanced a little the brake sounds - changed swingman view - added front and rear ABR - changed a little the default setup - changed mass and recalculated inertias for both classes - changed CG for both classes - regenerated chassis/susp for both classes - recalculated tire/rim radius for TBC vs TGM - changed some coefficients in the TGM files for slick and wet tires - changed a little the behavior of the FFB due to the overall changes - new liveries (9 official Abarth colors + 1 for both 500 and 695) - new driver names (lol) / teams, numbers... - new shaders - new ext mirrors (white for 500, grey for 695) - no longer different colors for rim available into the upgrade UI (we have chosen to mount white rims for the 500 and grey rims for the 695, to better identified the classes) - no longer different exhaust models available into the upgrade UI (we have chosen to mount the single double side exhaust for the 500 and the double double side exhaust for the 695, to better identified the classes) LINK: DISMISSED, new version 2.5 available: http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/22258-500_695-Abarth-rFactor2-2-5 Enjoy these cars!
This car has become my favorite, not even close...Although I am 77years old, perhaps it is better suited to my old reflexes. Anyway,Thank you for this, now I enjoy every track in my installation.
Very nice improvements! I wasn't able to be part of the testing team even if I wanted, life can be complex sometimes. In any case, great car, I really appreciate physics and driving with it! thanks a lot
NAILED IT!!!!!!!!!!!! We now have full fidelity FFB and responses, just like in the Clio or another ISI rF2-grade car. This is as good as getting an official release vehicle! Also, just as an aside, thanks to the rF2 engine underneath, it is more realistic and more fun than the same car in AC. Please don't start flaming because of this--I could care less whether you like or dislike AC. My comment is a compliment to Slow Motion who has created something at least equal to a professional/commercial release in another title. And I am sure this version could become even better with more time and attention, but it is very close to perfection now
I love fwd cars and this one have the best ffb in rF2 imho. Very good mod. Thank you. Envoyé depuis mon SM-N9005 avec Tapatalk
The HDR issue was one of the points fixed in this version: now it works nice both MP and SP: I remade the look of the external mirrors also fixing the shader to have mirrors working in HDR too. I and several guys tested it on different PCs and different GUIs and I didn't have noticed of problems. I'm not expert in this field, so I cannot help you in details... maybe you have to look at the setting of the graphic adapter.
I can confirm that there are in fact still problems with the virtual mirrors. I get nearly black mirrors with only a little hint of what is going on behind me. Very strange. Sendt fra min LG-E400 med Tapatalk2
Are you sure previous version 1.1 / 1.4 was uninstalled? Last 2.0 is fine for me (HDR ON): View attachment 14539
A please I would have still... it would be possible, for the cockpit view a Visor Mod selection in a next update to bring? Thank you for your understanding. Best regards Andy
I have this issue only on iSR Server, other servers not tested, offline there is no issue with mirrors
