397HUD v1.08 is missing

I have the latest version installed.
I'm trying to get a dedicated server set up and I have the mod installed but is saying the following

Core Component 397HUD v1.08 is missing, invalid or damaged. unable to continue. Please Reinstall rFactor2. it says this both when i try to launch the server from the core rFactor2 bin64 folder and the rFactor2 dedicated server folder

I have already reinstalled and then deleted everything and done a clean install.

If you're following any of the server guides you should be creating a shortcut to run the server, and either adding +path=".." to the target or changing the working ("Start in") folder. You can't run the exe directly.
