Or at least we suspect its mod-related: Our event tonight, Williams JPH1B @ Silverstone. normal server settings (31 drivers max) vmod+1 track When the server moved from Practise to Qualifying all of a sudden half the field was no longer a driver. We had 25 drivers at the time and peeps could no longer enter track and the driver list was split in two, active drivers and those whom could not drive. As if they where spectators. After a while with peeps rejoining and trying we found the culprit: leave/pick another car or team/re-join. fixed. Unless someone else already picked that before another driver, then leave/pick/re-join again. some had to try this randomly for multiple times before it worked. Additionally and not sure if related: quali finally under way and finished, race start: grid was wrong. restarted warmup, ran grid.ini batch, still grid was not correct. In previous events grid batch worked. we think it was the endless car changing that gave issues with the final grid. Race2 we ignored qualifying and went straight from practise to warmup+grid batch, no problems now with grid or cars. (although not all drivers where there and there where new ones) So it seems there is an issue with this mod going into qualifying, possibly due to grid size. Maybe not allowing multiple same cars/teams.
It sounds to me like in PLR would be set to have two qualifying sesions, as this feature is not working at the moment, and the symptom is exactly that, a splitted driver list byyyyyyyye
Rats, we did have 2 Q sessions (by mistake I think) so that could well be it. Thx allot Canastos, we will be experimenting with this
