We are excited to officially announce the 2019 Indycar Series! This labor of love is being brought to you thanks to the partnership between Apex Modding and The Reny Group.

For now we are aiming for a beta (v0.5) being made available on Indy 500 Sunday, so you can experience a first glimpse of these cars! Drivers, engineers, and others involved in the series have been assisting with development. We are eager to reach final release but to ensure the quality of the content, we will not skip any stages.

With that in mind, being a beta, we have quite a few items that are placeholders or not yet implemented:
    • Not all cars and liveries included
    • First pass of physics, sounds, liveries
    • 3D model will receive update. Completely new driver to be added on future update
    • No region mapping of the liveries yet
    • Optimization to be done on next update along with other unmentioned items

    Available now on Steam

Working out last kinks for a drivable first beta, still. Then there's the uploading process though you are welcome to help us pay for better internet by looking about 40 pixels below this line :p.

First post updated. We hope to bring out the first update next weekend, with more cars and ideally a new pass on physics as well.

Such fun! Unlike the DW12 you're not cooking tyres after three laps.

Downloading now looking forward to a decent Indycar. Hopefully the ARB's are cockpit adjustable...
I'm not a cheapskate so if its a good mod I'll drop some tokens via Paypal.

Great car to drive. Thanks for all your efforts. I fully understand this is a beta...so I am assuming that the mirrors will be adjustable in the ultimate update.

We appreciate the love so far :). This weekend was wild due to the workload (this was all done in 10 days) as well as people being away at the race.

While we cannot give an accurate estimate for the update, we're still hoping to compile a few internal updates to be rolled out as soon as possible. We will also look to release a template to enable league folks to customize their own cars as desired, to make this league-friendly.

We are confident of the quality this mod will achieve and are glad to be able to be part of this massive undertaking with the people involved. It's an unprecedented level of access that will only benefit the community.

Regarding Push 2 Pass, that is something unavailable to us at the moment as it's not part of the game.

Great work guys, I'll point you to this thread, as temp boost is available if Engine mapping is in the garage setup.

Perhaps you could use this for P2P.

I had a heap of fun running these last night, it's early days obviously, there needs to be work done on the cockpit, cockpit sounds and the front suspension arms position as they look like they are piercing the tyres. Other than that it's a great start!
