I wouldn't call them "slavishly" accurate - more like "fairly" accurate representations of actual liveries...info & pics on historic F2's can be somewhat sketchy - but they are as accurate as the info, 3D model of the EVE, and my skinning ability allow (barring any artistic license taken by yours truly, of course)...some pics of the real ones :
