unsubscribe

Hi, I am trying to perform a fresh install of RF2 with no mods installed but no matter what I do it still installs all the mods I had previously subscribed too in steam workshop. What I have tried 1. Unsubscribe to all mods 2. Uninstall RF2 3. Delete RF2 folder from steamapps Fresh install...
