I added the IBL shader to my tyres and none of the blur textures appear. Do the new shaders not allow for blur anymore? The blur animation appears when I test in 3dsimed but nothing in mod dev.
The big TV's which are in game and dotted around the track showing the race do not display correctly in VR. I am using a pimax headset which requires the json tweak to account for none parallel displays.
Perhaps the TV render isnt accounting for this, or perhaps it affects all VR and in which...

In single play mode, it becomes white but in dev mode it doesn't.
How do l solve ?

The specular highlight is missing from PBR glass surfaces. I mean the reflection of the sun.
It seems to appear on all other surfaces but glass. I've checked the Porsche GT3 only, but I assume, the other cars use the same shader for glass.

I hope my wish is not too late, but since development of new shaders was postponed, we might have still a chance.:D
I don't think I have to explain all that much. PBR is more or less industry standard for games and CGI.
Even "small" games using inhouse engines like iRacing or DCS World come up...
I just purchased rFactor 2 today and installed the game. The launcher loaded and auto subscribed to the workshop items, those all downloaded and synced just fine.
But when I click singleplayer I get a "gMotor 2 error" that says "Error creating default shader".
When I click okay I get another...
