Hi guys! I recently bought an RTX 2060. I have a 75hz monitor. The problem is simple. I want to use vsync. BUT my system can't keep up the 75 fps in this game, even without vsync, like in this video: (watch from 32 seconds from onboard cam) But the CPU and GPU usage is far from full...
