And for the quote, I stand for this. If S397 don’t get their content straight this will be the end of rF2. And I don’t want to see that!
Nope, you are as wrong as can be. And you know it.
Well, looking at most yt streamers, this feature is not there for nothing.
Edit: lost in translation
Exactly
Disagree, it’s an inbuilt feature you cannot disable in real life. It’s not like a rF2 driving aid, so I don’t see why this feature could ruin...
 D O W N S H I F T P R O T E T I O N it is called...
No it’s not possible in real life to destroy an GTE engine with badly timed downshifts! Stating otherwise is ridiculous.
Because IMMERSION
It’s still the 901, just with a 911 attached.
Not that I need a DP, but while testing I could destroy the engine deliberately shifting down at will. A sim shouldn’t allow this.
Yes, performance is excellent with this pack. Thumbs up S397! Even at a rainy night I can maintain 60 fps. Good work!
Please include tyre slip indicators and downshift protection. For a top sim these are essential.
991.2, but still a 911;)
Addendum: I tested at VIR. That should be a mid df course. Therefore the rF2 RSR should be more suited there... the AC LM spec RSR still feels...
Yeah, AC cars that took part in Le Mans are low downforce spec. Need to compare THAT specifically, thx for the heads up! :) Will report back,...
As far as I know there is no decent dx11 version of Circuit de la Sarthe out there. Could explain your issues.
Watching replays gets me even more baffled.... Did you even take a look at the reflections on metal like liveries, S397? All I see is a big muddy...
Addendum: TC aid is set to off, also the ABS aid. Only in car TC was used.
TC at stock 5 settings, for cold tyres are no fun. Same settings in AC forces you to be much more aware of what you are doing. With heated tyres...
