It depends where are they converted from. Conversions from GPL or even F1C are usually really bad, but tracks ported over from modern games...

You're right, negative mip bias should not be used on those areas. Bias 0 fixed that problem in rFactor, I guess its the same in rFactor 2.

I don't understand why people want DX11? Crysis is DX9 and 4 years later still looks better than anthing else.
