2020 tracks are all available on steam...go to rFactor 2 workshop and search for them and then subscribe.
Fire up rF2, alt tab and then rF2 will be visible to change ss...this changed for me a couple of steamvr updates ago.

I reckon the rF2 speed might be the average...as a check divide the track length by the lap time and see if that comes close to 158kph.
I was under the impression that it was not the peak speed (was told/saw something a looong time ago, can’t remember exactly what it was) a good...
Where is rF2 reporting top speeds?
@JimmyT check how many dedicated server processes you have running via Ctrl Alt Del. Any extras kill them off.
Not yet implemented, to change go to old UI, do changes and then switch back to new UI.
Grasping at straws now....check that there are not any extra dedi processes running via task manager. One other thing you could try is changing...
Couple of things to check;
Check that the IP address of the hosting computer has not changed...on host computer run cmd prompt and type ipconfig...

This worked for me....navigate to your launcher.config file (not at computer atm to give you the path) and on the last line change true to false...
