Have you turned TC and ABS off in Porsche (M4 doesn't have them, does it)? After playing a lot of ACC I can't say GT3 cars feel 'arcadish' in rF2....
i7 3770k, RX 480XT, 16GB RAM. Game runs fine at full details.
1&2 it happens during single player race (I'm playing offline all the time)....
When I'm racing game sometimes stops for few seconds (but time still goes on..). It makes it unplayable.
It works very well with Proton. For example Ark: SE works much better with Proton on Linux than native on Windows.

So much money wasted on this arcadish game. You can oversteer F488 at 270km/h. Feels like momentum is non existent.
Except Linux runs fine out of the box. Much better than Windows on my hardware.
While I don't care about the track I'd love to have more Ferrari's in rF2. The same cars that are present in AC.

Why would they want to? Does rF2 has anything to offer when comes to GT3? I mean laser scanned tracks, cars that doesn't feel like rally cars etc....
Achieving such graphics (in valid resolution..) without post process effect would be far more interesting. The above is just some kind of layer.
