In the new UI I tried to take screenshots of the timing screen I could not, it works on trackbut not in Pis what am I doing wrong?

In race now three times I have had a freeze then CTD it has happened at two different tracks and cars. At freeze time I have 125fps and only 50%...
when I try to exit rfactor 2 it will not close properly I have to exit Steam for it to close. Any ideas?
