I used 7Zip to create this package and it should be a zip file. Please retry to unzip it in rFactor2 Folder. It should work....

These parameters are readed from rF2 Telemetry, but actually they aren't updated properly from ISI. It's not clear if they will be updated...

On Track press 0 From Numpad. Map will cycle FIXED-ROTATION-OFF
Same in Garage. 0 From Numpaf will cycle FIXED-OFF
Can you try to run rF2 as Administrator?
Did crash append selecting menu item or moving box on screen?
And then are stable or blinking? Can you post a video?
This SweetFx version works on my PC but without TrackMap. I hope in the future to remove this incompatibility.

I'm sorry, but on my PC, latest SweetFx (v1.5 http://www.guru3d.com/) doesn't work without trackmap too, so I can't test if trackmap and sweetfx...
you have to reaname d3d9.dll (SweetFX) to d3d9_SFX.dll and then
OriginalD3D9Dll = d3d9_SFX.dll
And leave d3d9.dll (Trackmap) as d3d9.dll in...
To develop plugin I've installed:

Microsoft SDK for Windows 7 (7.1)
Microsoft DirectX SDK (June 2010)

Installation. Unzip file in rFactor2 folder
1) Delete <rFactor2>\Bin32\d3d9.dll
2) Delete <rFactor2>\Bin32\Plugins\TrackMApPlugin32.dll
3) Delete <rFactor2>\Bin64\d3d9.dll
That is very strange. 0.94 32bit and 0.95 32 bit are almost the same. Very small change.
Do you have a crash running rF2 in 32bit and 64bit or only in one mode?
