IIRC there was a similar bug in rf1 which could be solved by disabling super-sampling antialiasing via the Nvidia control panel. I remember a thread about it at nogripracing a long time ago
I've attached a picture for reference. USF2000 at Hidden Valley. BTW the workaround seems to have resolved it for the short term.
I agree with 2ndLastJedi. I wasn't showing with the Tatuus's until the last update. Tatuus's are the only car I've seen with this lately.
there is a line in the player(?) .json that controls the heat wave effects. Set that to false. This is a known bug with many cars. I've seen a very very translucent circle behind the new GPL era cars.
