Ensure that your rfactor 2 build is on the latest version and clear the Cbash and Shaders folders, before you start the game.
    Maybe that helps.
Here is the instruction about how to clear the folders:

I simply wanted to thank the tremendous work and love behind this mod. It shows the love invested in this mod. Hours of fun with the Proch cars around Longford, clutch, H pattern, & smile on the face.
    Thanks @woochoo and all involved

Prosch was one of the cars that got slightly more attention. I'd say it turned out a bit similar to formula Vee, and IMO all signs says that it is a good thing :D

I have been driving the cars frequently, I have developed an opinion that I made the tires too sharp, do you agree ?

No rocket science there. I just simply think that I have too high rolling friction and too low sliding friction. Especially too low sliding friction. In current case sliding friction goes slightly bellow 1.0 value, which I am starting to think should never be, because of that cars with low caster (and I mostly made them with rather low caster default setting) feels like they looses too much self aligning force when they understeer (ffb drops), I actually thought that it is all because geometry before, but cars has ISI cobra geometry basically, so that shouldn't be the case. And tires feels sharp as drop from rolling friction to sliding friction is too big, especially in oversteer situation.

I am now reducing rolling friction, and increasing sliding friction. IMO tire should still feel sharp. It will still have decent grip under the limit, and big drop over the limit, but this contrast will be lower.

I wish to keep the current pace, as IMO it is rather fine, but cars might become a little bit faster. Half a second maybe. But I am looking for excuses :D Perhaps one could be that we can easily make perfect ger shifts real fast. This could easily win seconds for us. Just look at this video, some interesting words about gear shifting in 50s. Look at 2:00, or whole vid :D

That would be indeed awesome for rF2, and especially for these cars.

Did you consciously avoided the word "grind" and used "ground" instead because your mod is supposed to do grinding ? :D

Edit: Oh I see there is something to download and try already there. I guess it is inevitable to try it asap now

I have a great time improving and testing the cars, almost half of the cars got decent tweaks, and all cars got better more realistic grip (less base static grip, and more base sliding grip). You'll not get super light FFB at understeering, tires won't turn into ruberised glass once oversteering. But you'll have roughly same overall grip.

Make sure you test Porsche 550 for 1.5 class, preferably at Guapore. Preferably racing AI, I am really happy with tha AI.

    Cars that got tweaked:

    • Rep. Cunningham-C4-R: caster
    • Rep. Ferrari 375 Plus: caster, stiffness, inertia
    • Rep. Aston Martin Lagonda DP115 V12: caster, stiffness
    • Rep. Talbot T26: caster, stiffness
    • Rep. Aston Martin DB3S SC: caster, FFB power
    • Rep. Jaguar Dtype: inertia, aerodynamic lift, stiffness, caster, FFB
    • Rep. Jaguar Ctype: FFB, aero lift
    • Rep. Gordini T15s: caster
    • Rep. Maserati A6GCS/53: FFB, inertia, stiffness
    • Rep. Bristol 450: caster, FFB, stiffness
    • Rep. Frazer-Nash LMR/LMC: FFB, brake bias
    • Rep. Osca MT4: caster, differential, stiffness, engine braking power
    • Rep. Porsche 550 Spyder 1.5L: caster, FFB, inertia, stiffness
For caster I was usually combining caster value and FFB nominal value for fine steering feel, I have found out that shorter WB cars "likes" more caster, while longer WB cars "feels" better with less caster.

Stiffness is usually a tweak for springs or anti-roll bar. Usually to control the mechanical grip balance between front and rear, but also to match the weight of the car better. Also in case of Dtype to immitate the solid axle with hard ARB, in a way...

I have also tweaked AI, they needed a bit more grip. You should find them competitive in proper way, not too slow, not too fast. But it is always a bit different at every track... I always use 105% AI setting as a point when I am still able to get best laptimes :D Or almost best, again.. depending on track.

I hope the update could come sooner or later, hopefully before Goodwood Revival, because I would like you to take these cars to various tracks, not only Le Grand Circuit.

Please ignore the watermark, I just chose this instead of 10x longer upload time, and 2x longer original video.

The purpose here is to showcase the vehicle dynamics. Here you see car that represents 550 spyder in action.

I have recorded several more videos, I'll look for ways to produce them with lesser, or no watermark next time.

@Bernd thats video recording software, I need editing software. For this video I used Shotcut. But haven't really edited it, just saved for smaller file size for faster upload.

Check out most powerful car from 1954, well at least it could have been most powerful indeed, but they had to detune the engine a bit

    Watching the mirrors there?
A scary moment indeed, but not the only one!
I'm liking these videos and look forward to more :D

Yes, I think I really did look at mirror there at wrong time. I was surprised not to overshoot the corner actually, well almost didn't, still was in a good position for turn in, I think brake fade actually helps in some way, even though brakes gets significantly weaker, but tires also are unlikely to lock :)
