Banking from loft

    I have lofted and now ready to try adding banking. Instead of eyeballing the angle, is there a way to enter a specific angle to the reference line in 3ds max? I suppose I could try to do the math, given the length of the line representing the width of the track.

    You can right click the rotate button and the text box appears. I would copy the original shape, rotate it the way you want, then snap the end point of the original to the top of the new one.

    Thank you for all of your help!! You have been a wealth of knowledge. I think I did it correctly. Under snaps toggle roll out, go to options. You can input an angle. Believe it or not, I pulled out my "square" from the toolbox and checked. Looks steep, but correct.

    I did the math with the dimensions and that worked well too for Lofting a corner
