Second installment for Download available at https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/e-sport-gt3-series.27552/ Enjoy. To install, uninstall or update this or any none Workshop mod. Open the launcher. Find the mod in the list. Click on it to highlight, Click on uninstall. In his case the mod/s are add on for a existing car so it will be showing in the list as the 2.0, GT for each of the S397 GT Challenger car pack. You will need to find all 5 cars that are in this pack. Once their uninstalled, Highlight each one and delete using the delete button in the launcher. This will delete the rfcmp files out off the package folder. Download the mod or updated mod, Extract the rar/Zip to the rFactor2 folder. In this case the package folder in part off the path that exists in the rar/Zip. So now you have the new updated rfcmp's for each car. Important; Restart the Launcher. The reason you need to restart the launcher is when uninstalling these mod, add on rF2 for a reason known only to itself is it will delete the text out off the cars mft ini file. The mods ID in simple terms. With this entry missing the cars will "not" show in game. Restarting the launcher will force Steam to replace the missing component. Should see the workshop install process when starting. Now the launcher is open, go to each car that's in the GT Challenger Pack, highlight and install the mods or updated mods. At this time there is a mod for the Callaway Corvette that is from the GT3 Pack. Install the same as any other rfcmp mod. Find and install the 2.0 GT for the Callaway in the launcher. Note; You must have either or both of these packs from S397. When the Callaway is installed it will be added to the E-SPORT GT Series. So these car/s liveries will join the grid when a car is chosen for the list under the E-SPORT GT Series banner. Enjoy. Updating Skins packs Many are having issue like this below screen shot shows. For a reason I have no control over and/or is not a fault with the skins packs, when uninstalling a older version in preparation to install a newer version RF2 also deletes the text from the base mods mft ini file effective removing the mods ID. Simple fix is when you have removed the older version skins pack is to restart the launcher. Steam will replace and fix the missing mod ID text entries. Then you can install the new version and go racing. With is not unique to the E-SPORT GT Series. It is a issue with all add-ons to a current mod in the form off skins pack regardless. Sorry for your troubles but I have no control over it.
Very cool mate. Thank you very much. I give it tommorow a try. Unfortunately I have to work tomorrow and get up early.
@D.Painter thanks for this it looks brilliant, but I'm having a problem installing them, I unpacked them into my rf2 root folder and they did indeed instal into the packages folder but when I open the launcher and try to instal the rfcmp for the cars I get an error message saying that I need a certain base pack, so they don't install Hold the phone I think I've just worked it out I need the challenger pack don't I
Brilliant pack, thanks for this, I especially love the way you only have to pick your car and the pack fills in the opponents for you If I add the GP3 and the endurance pack will this add in more cars?
Yes. You can still add cars the same way as before. Like the GT3 Pack cars. This pack is using the GT3 Challenge cars.
Updated to 0.2 Added a few Aston Martins, removed 1. Sorry for the need to re download the complete file.
A new add-on for this pack is a 5 car selection for the E-SPORT Series. The Callaway is a part off the GT3 Pack from Studio 397. https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/e-sport-callaway-gt3.27840/
