Ah, the ol' FCY bug. To reproduce this annoying bug I believe you have to be running with the Stock Car Plugin. Then, load a track, cause an accident that blocks the track and wait for the yellow. Once the cars reach the start/finish line, they will split into two groups; those following the safety car and those who drive too slowly. On this occasion it's 1st place and 2nd-20th. -The 2nd group are driving so slowly that the safety car and 1st place almost lap the entire field before the green flag. This happens at all circuits.
No stockcar fix here either. Just happened at Bathurst 2014 running the Gibson 015S #41. Full course caution second lap of a 15 lap race using 21 AI. This instance I was in 9th. 1st through 7th tucked in behind the pace car, 8th place slowed us to 30mph and the front field left us.
