Hi everyone, Hoping for some help. For the last month or so, when I am in Dev Mode, there is a strange stutter when playing, or even zooming with the cam etc. What is does is every 1/2 second skips or pauses. I have even done a clean install, bare bones and it does the same before I install anything. Video settings are identical between the game and Dev Mode. It used to be buttery smooth but now not so. As I said the main game is perfect. Not sure where to look. I have attached a video that shows it. Thanks in advance, Mike
Looks like something is hogging in the background, any other programs open? If so try shutting down as much background stuff as you can and see what happens.
