    Hello,

I have just installed RF2 and I have a three screen setup. I have been using it with iRacing for a couple of years with no issue, but I can't find any way to make it work with RF2.

I have searched online and attempted to follow other people's guides, but the multi view option is greyed out and there is no option to select the correct resolution - only single screen resolution options.

I'd love if someone could help me out here!

    Thanks in advance.

What type of graphics card? You'll need to configure the screens as a single wide display, so Nvidia surround for example.

Hello! It’s an NVidia - and here’s the problem:

The card has two Display Port outputs and one DVI. If I use the NVidia surround option, it locks my refresh rate to 60Hz. However, if i don’t use that setting, I can run all three screens at 144hz.

Now for iRacing and Assetto Corsa, I simply tell the game that I want the resolution of three screens and it then expands across all three without needing to run NVidia surround. For RFactor 2, that resolution option doesn’t appear unless I select NVidia surround.

So here’s my question: is there a way to force RFactor 2 to give me the full triple screen resolution option without needing to run NVidia surround? If it’s possible on iRacing and Assetto, surely it’s doable with RF2?

Otherwise I’m stuck with single screen at 144hz or triples at 60hz.

    Thanks in advance!

Ok, quick search suggests you can create a custom resolution to join the 3 screens and run rF2 in windowed/borderless multiview. I haven't tried that myself but worth a shot.

Apparently surround can be finicky especially if any adapters are involved.

Apparently you set a custom resolution in the 'DX11 Config' file 'Custom Res' and use windowed mode tick multiview etc but it never works for me so I just use nvidia surround as all my monitors are the same. Be interested to see if someone can make this work so I wont need to use nvidia surround!
