Hello all, I am fairly new to rFactor 2 modding, in fact, I'm quite new to modding in general. Only thing I've succesfully done so far is change a front wing model. Have you already asked the original author for permission to convert his work? Because that should be your very first step.
I have asked him, just no reply yet, and I'm not going to release anything before I get permission to do so. Also fixed the loading problem: Some DDS files weren't there (found in log), it worked fine once I added them. Window issue still not fixed though.
Regarding the window issue i would say that the alpha channel of the window.dds is not setup right to make it transparent. You have to make it either white or black or something inbetween
