I don't think you can 'simple' skin as before. rF2 has undergone a graphic update that will require you to learn some new methods. IF parts of the process seem confusing, then ask here. There are many users who have already figured out the process.

    Hi guys,
I´ve been trying to paint some Porsche 911s, but after creating a dir and next a player, the car doesn´t show in the list, no matter what I tried. Same happened with rF2´s 911s that I downloaded from Racedepartment in the last week.
Any tip would be useful! Thanks in advance!

You need to use unique name when you create a skin. It is pretty common to use your name for all your skins: since one of the latest updates, only one will show up... Same if you download a skin and the driver name matches one of the existing skins you already have: it simply won't show up. So just try using a different driver name (unique), and it should appear in the menu.

These are all my Oreca 07 skins are updated to the latest S397 updates, Oreca 07 version 1.57. These skins will not work if you have not got the latest updates. If you already have these skins delete existing files from your computer and then reinstall new files, folders and rcd files. Oh by the way red and green fantasy Jumbo car. I like them. Enjoy.
    Download at Racedepartment. https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/s397-oreca-07-13-skins-version-3.26568/

I do wish that S397 would release one of the NA LMP1 cars, even if they used the Oreca LMP2 model. And a DPI solution would also be appreciated. Perhaps after the Tatuus we could get another WEC/IMSA pack with Rebellion LMP1s and IMSA DPI. (that would require a Dallara, Riley, Oreca and Ligier base model though) Nice skins, btw. Thanks for updating all of them for the latest rF2 format.
