formula e new gen not showing in game/car menu

bought this yesterday but when I go in game I can't find the car ?????
it shows in the launcher screen and in the installed folder ... pls help!

 

Component "Formula_E_Gen2_2019 1.02" failed to verify, removed from inventory

says this in start up log!

 

exit steam. restart. If you can see the car in the inventory, follow these steps.

Are you running the latest version of the game? Opted out of all betas?

done all, followed the tutorials but no success
on the opposite, formula e 2018 is not showing either now
even did a new install of the game ...

 

in fact all purchased content is not verifying ...
