iRacing, probably. Full control of the ERS system.

 

I have no idea how people can claim that the R18 is best simulated in rF2 without support for hybrid systems.

My best bet would be iRacing aswell.

 

This place seems kind of like a weird place to propose this question as the car isn't from S397. But I'll bite.

As what is mentioned, as rF2 doesn't have the ERS/Hybrid support it can't be in consideration. I do like how AC has it. It does limit the use on a per lap basis, which is something that PCARS2 doesn't have. It's been a long time since I've done PCARS2 so that might have changed. I don't have iRacing, but from what I have seen, and based on their history, I'm thinking it should be the closest representation.
