    The video displayed below is an updated version of this (link). Main difference is that the main arm angle is adjustable from the base and has a more rigid method of holding it in place. A plunge router is needed for the 2.5 degree slope notch.

    Total material cost is $250, but there should be spare plywood and fasteners left for other projects, hence making the cost closer to $175.
