It's 0. It's actually 0.00000000745.

Sometimes when computers store (and save) numbers they aren't exactly the round numbers we'd expect. For whatever reason that one didn't quite make it to 0.

 

-7.45058e-009 is one of the roots of x^2 + x*10^8 + 1 = 0
