Trying out a similar Photoshop Action called 'Pen Sketch' on a previously cropped screenshot and although the final Action is only mono-tone I have added back some of the original color from the screenshot....link also attached to You Tube Tutorial if anyone interested. Nice work:D...you could go one step further as I did in the above 'Pen Sketch' Photoshop Action and that is to duplicate the original 'Background' Layer, place it at the top of the Layers palette, add a 'Layer Mask' then wipe away some of the image to reveal the Sketch underneath, once happy with what you have adjust this Layers 'Opacity' to get the Pen texture coming through, it will be very faint at this point...then duplicate that layer and change the layers 'Blending Mode' to 'Overlay' or another layer Blending Mode that suits and if the layer Blending Mode is too strong adjust the layers 'Opacity' or add a 'Layer Mask' and wipe away what is not needed...this is what I did for the above 'McLaren at 1966 Spa'

Great image:)...another few tips I do is to go through the Layers, clicking the 'eye' to hide that particular layer and see what effect it has on the image as in some cases I have left that layer off as it has adjusted the look of the image to more what I personally want.
...also if I what more 'Pen Sketch Texture' in a particular area I will again go through clicking the 'eye' to find the texture I want and duplicate that layer, move it to another position, rotate it, transform it, adjust the opacity, add a layer 'Blending Mode' etc...in some cases I duplicate the texture or textures a number of times to build more texture into the image.

Last one, I shall leave this area to the people with real talent while I get back off to some driving :D

I nicked the pic off @datasting from the unedited section, hope he doesn't mind :)
